Dr. Vincent Sto Tomas, PT, DPT, CGRA Level II, ITPT- Certified Physical Therapy Concussion Care Provider

Physical Therapy Provider

Dr. Vincent Sto Tomas has over 20 years of professional clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. He graduated from  Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City Manila) in 1999. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy Degree from Utica College. Dr. Vincent has worked in various clinical settings including five years in home health with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Dr. Vincent is a Certified Running Gait Analyst (Levels 1 and 2) and has obtained Certifications in Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Functional Capacity Evaluation. He also holds a Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the American Institute of Balance. Dr. Vincent has recently obtained his certification as a Concussion Care Provider being an ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist. He continues to update his clinical knowledge and skills by taking certification courses. He recently completed courses on current concepts in knee and hip arthroplasties and motor learning.

Work hours in KWPT: Monday-Friday 3:45-6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

Dr. Hazel Sto Tomas, PT, DPT, AIB-VR

Physical Therapy Provider

Dr. Hazel Sto Tomas has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 15  years. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy Degree from Boston University. She is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and holds a Certification in Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. Dr. Hazel also has a Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from The American Institute of Balance.

Dr. Bonghak Ji. PT. DPT. OCS. CSCS 

Physical Therapy Provider


Dr. Ji ​has been a practicing Physical Therapist for mo​re than 10 years in orthopedic, sports injury and post-op rehabilitation settings. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican University. In 2019, Dr. Ji earned the prestigious title of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by The American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

As a Board Certified OCS, Dr. Ji uses a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment with an emphasis on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to support and improve patient’s rehab potential.

Fridays 1:00-7:00 PM
